Katie David previously had no real estate background, but Pacific Shore Real Estate founder Ryan Stevens trained her as his assistant, and she eventually became a transaction coordinator. She’s currently working toward earning her real estate license and becoming a notary. 

Born and raised in Bakersfield, Katie spent a short time at Oklahoma University, but she came back to Bakersfield to finish her degree. Katie graduated from California State University, Bakersfield with a degree in liberal studies. 

In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling and camping in her recreational vehicle with her husband, two children, and dogs. Paso Robles and Pismo Beach are their favorite campgrounds.
